1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing our gallery, registering an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping and Return Policies. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access or use this site.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on this website, including but not limited to digital paintings, artwork previews, website design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of RekhArt and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

  • Your purchase of physical prints grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to display the artwork in private or commercial settings.
  • It does not transfer any copyrights or commercial reproduction rights. You may not copy, print, modify, resell, or distribute the artwork or digital files under any circumstances.

Visual Disclaimer (Screen vs. Print)

We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our artworks as accurately as possible. However, because computer monitors and mobile screens render colors differently, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color will exactly match the physical print. Minor variations in shade and brightness are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.

3. Order Acceptance and Pricing

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Reasons for cancellation may include, but are not limited to:

  • Errors in product information or pricing.
  • Unavailability of materials or logistics issues.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent transactions or payment processing failures.

If we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment source.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RekhArt, its owner, or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to access our website.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim, whether in contract, warranty, tort, or otherwise, shall be strictly limited to the total price paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to such liability.
